New generation AeroPulse™ provides accelerated heating for drying, toasting, puffing and roasting

The AeroPulse fluid bed processor is ideally suited for processing products with irregular shapes and sizes. The system delivers pulses of air via a patented valve system through perforations to the underside of the product. Adjustment of airflow, valve speed, temperature and processing time make this a uniquely flexible system. The result is excellent product consistency and moisture uniformity, with tight control of expansion, color and texture.

Energy efficiency is another benefit with the AeroPulse. The pulsed air design requires 30 - 50% less system air volume than conventional fluid bed systems. Thermal efficiency is achieved through optimum control of airflow and heat distribution. The unique design of a rapid heat transfer system requires a much smaller footprint than conventional systems. An additional benefit is accessibility, allowing maximum uptime for cleaning and maintenance.
